Stuffed burgers are very easy to make and customize, and they feel a little more festive than a regular grilled burger. Here is what you will need for 10 stuffed burgers:

• 3 lbs ground beef

• 1/ cup jalapeno peppers

• 1/3 cooked crumbled bacon

• 16 oz cheddar cheese

The trick is to form the hamburger patties, then place the diced cheese, jalapeno peppers and crumbled bacon in the center and tightly seal the meat around them. Grill your burgers for three minutes on each side at 375°.

Sweet and spicy chicken wings

You don’t have to wait for the Super Bowl to enjoy some tasty chicken wings. Here's what you'll need:

• 3 lbs chicken wings

• 2 teaspoons salt

• 2 teaspoons coriander

• ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

• 3 tablespoons lime juice

• 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

• 2 tablespoons soy sauce

• 2 tablespoons honey

Coat the chicken wings with the salt, coriander and cayenne pepper. Let them sit in the fridge for three hours. Grill them for 15 minutes on each side at 350° and baste them with a mixture of lime juice, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce and honey.
